Guys I looking for a CMS for small niche content website. I need a full Google AMP compatibility, blog for content and simple checkout (product list, related product widget)

Is your CMS is good for what from my requirements? What is already in the box?

OctoberCMS is a free CMS and offers both free and paid blogging and e-commerce plugins. Any views that are used by these plugins can be overwritten at the website level allowing you to implement AMP yourself without breaking plugin updates.
