Hi, i love October CMS it's an elegant piece of software, but there is a little dark things that i don't understand.

My pages "all" event the Backend are being badly, for example y if add a new Plugin and new Menu item into the backend, if i navigate to another /controller/action, there is no new button, but if i refresh the page manually f5 i got the new page item, on the front end is the same, for example if i use the blog plugin and i add a new post there is no new post until i refresh twice the page.

how can i disable the cache to test? or what can i do.
