What is considered best practice for general site related settings?
I'm thinking to create a mysite.php in config folder or using the theme/config/fields.yaml file.
For example I have a json API endpoint url, that is now hard coded in several files in the theme and I would like to change that. The 2nd option looks more convenable, but I wonder what is the best practice for such cases.
