Is there a simple way to apply the latest theme updates to an active project i.e. I have a project that is built from your theme and I want to update it with the latest changes without overwriting my content.

Is this possible, or do I need to literally update each file manually?

Sorry for the late response. I think you should update each file manually, I can't find any topic or documentation about theme updates.

The theme itself has very few minor changes and does not have any huge changes that would affect the overall look. Here's the changes https://github.com/thebakerdev/zenii/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md
