Hello Asmicom! As i can see you have an older version of success theme. Please update theme to newer version to solve any issues and for better Page builder visuals. Section "About" is updated on latest theme version. But before you update theme please take a backup because you may lose any changes you make to theme. Please let me know if this help you.

The dashboard shows that ALL plugins and the base package are up to date. And I reckon that includes the theme is inclusive.. Here is the backend screenshot - https://imgur.com/a/vpLx2Wi . How else can only update the theme(s)?

Current theme version is v.1.1.1. If there is no update notification try to clear cache and then click the button "check for updates". You can reAttach Project again if that is not working.

I have tried your suggestions but no luck. First, I used the file cache and system cache delete widgets Second, I detached the project from the backend, the deleted the project on the OctoberCMS website, recreated the project and reattached it.

<One a side note, the OctoberCMS team should make the project, after being linked to the (client) website, to fetch a list of all plugins from the website and include them in the project. At the moment only the paid plugins/themes can be seen under reattach product AND more importantly as the plugins used in the project. It is like I now have to go MANUALLY add each product back to the project.>

Can you please tell me full theme name in your themes folder? This is very weird, i really don't understand why you don't get updates. I never had this issue before with clients, they always take theme update immediately. I thing you should discuss this specific problem with Octobercms team on SLACK channel. You must solve this issue because system, plugin and theme updates is very important for many reasons.
