Hello!
As you can see in translate plugin documentation:
https://octobercms.com/plugin/rainlab-translate
you can translate message using translate filter.
for example text:
Welcome
must be converted to:
{{ 'Welcome'|_ }}
Then on translate plugin settings you can translate to any language
