Thank you for finding the bug, I already fixed it, update the Builder Saratov Paradise plugin. As for the multi-language of such a function, the theme was not stated, but I recommend using the plugin RainLab.Translate. Create several versions of modules for each language, and place them on the page for each language! You will also need to add a language switcher to the site so that it looks concise. And everything should work out

To display the maps, you must use your personal APi_KEY more details here https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key originally used my personal APi_KEY, now it is deactivated. Follow the following steps: 1) update the theme saratov paradise, 2) update the plugin saratov builder 3) get your APi_KEY 4) add your APi_KEY in the admin panel "Content management -> google Map -> api_key 5) done
