I just bought the theme and I wanted to test it in local environment but there is a few bug. It is installed at url http://localhost:8888/octobercms/ and the url for css and JS are broken.

What can I do to fix it ?

Yes, I've done everything as in the video. All plugins are installed. The page is displayed but all the CSS and JS are broken. So it is not displayed correctely. I looked at the console and saw that the root url is not correct. The url of my installation is http://localhost:8888/octobercms/

So for JS and CSS : It starts with http://localhost:8888/themes/artdark-saratov/assets/ instead of http://localhost:8888/octobercms/themes/artdark-saratov/assets/

The error occurs due to your incorrect server configuration! Try setting up your server so that it reads the root of the site as the folder http://localhost: 8888/octobercms, and not http://localhost: 8888. Or transfer the site to http://localhost:8888
