Hi, Not sure if its related to plugin or Apache. When I deploy any application along with this multi site plugin on a VPS. How do I set multiple domains?

Should I just mark the A-records for all the domains to the given IP?

I have setup a cpanel in VPS and then added second domain as Add-on but that doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

You still need to set up the server and DNS information. How you set up DNS depends on how your domain is set up (whether it's a top level or a subdomain). Then, you need a record in your Apache to point the address to your install location. In theory, a catchall record in Apache should work, but I haven't tried that yet, so I can't confirm.
