found it. install error. Please uninstall and reinstall v2.1. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the console command. Then I checked the list of plugins using the php artisan plugin: list and I found this plugin installed. But in the visual list this plugin is not visible. Is this a good sign?
