the point here is that you have within your theme pages dir /blog.htm (for your blog list component) and then /blog/post.htm that has the blog post component. Then you set that in the ProBlog settings area so that the components know what page to render posts with.

yeah that's all understandable.

I'm actually having trouble figuring out how to create the post page that automatically creates the sub directory folder 'blog' within the cms.

I can't see the arrow to the far right of the grey markup.

you just "type" it. it creates it for you. you add a new page, give it a name "post" and give it a filename/path of "/blog/post" and it will create it.

Wow - now I feel silly :x

The funny thing is I've used your blog before (awesome plugin by the way) when I first used OctoberCMS and honestly thought I created the sub directory a completely different way.
