I've tried to set up a blog with multiple parent pages but found out that the according property on the blog list had no effect.

I found out that there's the property $parentPage on the Bloglist component is missing. After adding public $parentPage; on line 26, after $noPostsMessage. The file is plugins/radiantweb/problog/components/Bloglist.php

Similar problem as the bug from 3.2.4 with the blog post detail component?

So strange that I am not picking these up in testing.... very odd. Thank you for pointing this out. This change will be present in the next push.

This bug has been sat here for quite a while now, is this mod being worked on still?
