I just purchased the Bootstrap 5 Page Builder, and it was displayed in our October CMS account under the selected project. However, when we tried to use it, it did not appear in the October CMS administration. After removing it and attempting to add it again through the CMS admin, we received the following error: "A product license for 'pkurg/builder-plugin' could not be found."

Could you please check what the issue might be? Also, we are now unable to add it again without purchasing a new license.

Try Install plugins and themes belonging to a project.

php artisan project:sync

php artisan plugin:install Pkurg.Builder

Try Reattach product to project

It’s working now.

We are using the Scaffold theme, but in our case, there is no option to switch to using canvas assets for custom themes. We also don’t have the shortcut icon in the top admin bar as shown in your video with the Arsha theme.

Could you please help us with this as well?
