Will this search CMS Pages as well, or only Static Pages?

I have been using this plugin and it works well. It does not search CMS pages though, it would be an even better plugin if it did.

Hi ndcisiv

The plugin currently only supports static pages.

The problem with cms pages is, that these need to be compiled to be searchable. Take a page that has three components on it that generate output. These components need to be compiled to make the contents searchable.

If you don't use components and your pages are strictly html I am happy to create a search provider for this.

What does your setup look like?

I was concerned about that. I've actually got both types of pages on my CMS pages. Some use components, others do not. So if it's possible to have it work with the ones that are strictly HTML that would help some.

I just released version 1.0.2 with experimental support for cms pages.

See the new CMS pages (experimental) section in the docs for more information on how to get it running.

Since this is an experimental feature, where the results depend highly on your content, you have to enable it manually via the config file. Furthermore you have to add a special component to every page that should be included in the search results.

Your feedback is appreciated!
