When i try to bind domain i'm getting following error Form record with an ID of :id could not be found.

Need more details on your configuration. Are you using "Presetting parameters for Page-url"? What options for the page do you have enabled?

Judging by mistake, you have not installed :id, write it in the request (based on examples) or make a preset for this parameter (it must also be present in the Url of the page to which the address is attached)
