Hi, I got the same problem, I try to put the component to the layout file and i have the {% scripts%} {% styles%} tags in the code. No Popup showing.

I try to delete the plugin and reinstall it No Popup Showing

I got this in the log console : October\Rain\Exception\SystemException: Class name is not registered for the component "launchPopup". Check the component plugin. in /home/thewebsite/www/prod/modules/cms/classes/ComponentManager.php:200

Any clue ?

1. Do you put the {% component 'launchPopup' %} code into the default layout?
2. Do you set the status to 'Test' in the current campaign?

Hello, and thanks for your answer, no i just put scripts and styles.

I have test the status 'Test' and 'Classic' and nothing show up, but i will retry with the {% component 'launchPopup' %} on both statuts.

So did try to put the missing {% component 'launchPopup' %} but nothing change Still no popup no matter what, test or active, same results. Can get the popup showing up.
