Hello I'm new to october community, and I'm translating this plugin because my company requires all softwares are fully developed in portuguese.

In order to do that I added a file in root\plugins\indikator\news\lang\pt\lang.php and also the below piece of code in root\plugins\indikator\news\controllers\statistics\index.htm is there anywhere else I should change to translate this? How can I enable this translation since october cms is already in portuguese but the news plugin still fallsback to english? Thank you.

New version is available for the plugin. It contains the Português translation and minor improvements.
