The feedback itself is successfully inserted into the database. But I get no email from it. And the user gets an error message, the redirection also doesn't work. What might cause this?

I have an error like this. The message was sent and saved in database. But users get "undefined" Js alert and doesn't redirect.

It would be nice to have some support, instead to try another stable plugin.
