Tasks are the backbone of your CRM.



On the Tasks tab, you can see how many tasks are open and how many tasks you are working on. You can also filter and order tasks in the list and bulk postpone or delete them.


In a task entry, you can see which contact and staff is connected to it and what type of task it is. You can add tasks directly from a contact or deal. You can assign tasks to yourself or other users. Tasks have deadlines and can be associated to deals and labels.
