After creating a new redirect rule, it does not work until the cache has been cleared manually using "php artisan cache:clear"

I would expect the redirect to be fully working directly after saving the rule. I presume the plugin should therefore clear the cache after every creation/update/deletion of a redirect.

I created a rule. save it, delete it. and the rule is still applied and it should not be applied anymore.
