Hi, I ve just got October and wanted to check if it could be useful for a website I am about to build. I downloaded installer, which completed successfully, but when I go to frontend or backend site I get HTTP 509 ERROR Process Limit Exceeded. What can be cause of that?

I am working on Windows 7, all requirements given on installation page are met, installation was successful, database is populated after installation.
