Could you suggest how to use the packages laravel in October? I think not only I had a question. And it would be good to include it in the documentation.

Just create a composer.json file in your plugin directory and you're good to go.

I searched in Google. I read some of these posts. But it seemed wrong to pull vendors in the plug-in to a folder. And nowhere indicated how to connect the migration plug-in package.
