Hey, trying to pick up the october cms logics. This seems to me very non standart and difficult, since i am used to load data dynamically not staticly.

What i ahve learned so far is all the templating logic like layouts, pages, partial, plugin creation.

what i feel like would be the best option is to somehow use plugins i create to make user friendly pages.

Lets say i have created sliders plugin. what i feel like i have 2 options there:

1.add select in static page which lets me choose the slider. is it posible to create and populate select dynamically from plugin data list?

2.Dont even show my plugin in seperate backend section, just populate slider block with all the fields strait into static page, like image/title/description etc. posible?

which approach would be better, or what else would u suggest ? I dont want to use cms pages since they feel like super not user friendly :/
