I'm wondering if there is a way to do something like this: https://pastebin.com/raw/ugrdbw9n (had to make it a pastebin otherwise the website made it a link)

I want to use this to make it possible to customize more content on the webpage from configuration files without having to edit the actual htm files. Is there any way to automatically fill in the wanted page and combine the two blocks without it breaking?
