Hey all,

I have managed to upload an image via a plugin built using Builder plugin and its showing in the filesystem but it doesn't appear in the Media Library? Is this intended behaviour? If not, how do I ensure it shows up there so it can be used for future via an 'attach' existing method? Cheers!

Everything, what is in /storage/app/media folder is visible in backend Media.

So maybe changing plugin's output folder can fix this?
