I've tried to purchase several plugins including the contact and form builder plugins and have been met with a "your transaction can not be completed". I've contacted PayPal and they say that this was happening because i was trying to pay a non-US account (I do business with lots of international companies though).
PayPal then flagged the purchase of the Form Builder plugin. I tried this three consecutive days and still to no avail. I think there might be something flagged with the octobercms gateway at PayPl. Can a October staff check on this? So close to finishing some great October powered projects and am getting delayed bc of this snafu. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
just a note, this was originally brought up with October staff on the IRC
I tried my neighbor's wifi and had no issue. Seems to be ISP/PayPal wonkiness.
