As described following the link above, themes can have plugin dependencies that will be installed with the installation of that theme. I've noticed that the requirements are NOT downloaded when you place your theme manually in the right place and do a update of october. The theme does work perfectly when also all plugins are installed manually.

I've also tested if plugins are installed when you install a theme with requirements from the marketplace; this DOES work correctly. Great of course!

But what happens if you change the requirements of a theme after a few versions and do an update of that theme? Are the right plugins installed automatically or not?

Also: can themes install the required plugins on a "artisan october:update" when the theme has modified requirements?
