dear friends, please help on this urgently. I just put on client website and the website works perfectly fine on http:// at the start. But when I use https:// the stylesheet breaks (creepy looking with content) and it throws 404 as I check Developer tool -> Network I googled for awhile and see people saying that you need to use https:// or // at the beginning for absolute url on stylesheet but the stylesheet that breaks is load by {{ [....] | theme }} which produces https as I checked the inspect.

So I have no idea why this is happening and seems that it is only my own stylesheet breaks. Please help~ thanks.

This is copied from the inspect. The error is the first link, while the later two do not seem to throw errors. (not sure how to post code, so i delete the arrow tags

Everybody. I eventually figured out that it wasnt the problem of October (I guess) I jumped into /etc/apache2/apache2.conf file and changed the AllowOverride to all and it works. If there is any professionals that can explain this please state here to to assist understanding of the problem. Thanks!
