I have trouble using media manager. Sometimes my file successfully uploaded, in some other times they won't.

I have try to upload same file (*.mp4) file many times. At first try it is stuck for a long time (even after 1-2 minutes in local environment), then I use artisan cache clear command. The second try it successful like it was meant to be. Then I delete the file and try to upload the same file again (without clearing cache) and it stuck again like in first try. Tried to clear cache again and not working again.

Is there any log or something to monitor where this error comes from? thanks!
