Does anybody know if it's possible to show the date that a file is uploaded on the backend FileUpload widget?

Welcome! Unfortunately this information is not captured. The model stores the date it was first created and updated, but not the file modification time. However, it is possible to extract it using the mtime() PHP function...
Is it correct that you want when the file has been updated, not the file model?
