I have css files and a javascript files like so:

assets/css/style.css?v=1
assets/css/default-theme.css?v=1
assets/js/scripts.js?8

I've found this post: http://octobercms.com/forum/post/css-and-js-weights-almost-05mb

But I'm unable to get this to work.
