I am not a developer but I am also not scared to play with and learn to code so I am thinking of making the switch from WordPress to OctoberCMS, however, there is one very important plugin or feature I need to have available in OctoberCMS and that is a plugin or core feature the provides the ability to import XML, JSON data feeds from Rest API's. Some of the APIs that I connect with for my imports use oAuth2 which requires communication for access_token and refresh_token. I mainly build eCommerce websites, therefore, I often import 100's of product data feeds from rest web service API's daily. Is there a plugin already available on the market or is this something that could be built easily using the builder plugin? Are any tutorials available to help guide me along to building such a plugin if one doesn't already exist? I am not a developer but I am not afraid to learn either.

Is there anyone here in the community that can offer some help in guiding me in the right direction? If there is already a plugin available that will allow me to import data from Rest API services I am all for it. I totally understand that OctoberCMS is geared more toward the developer but I am not a developer, however, I am trying to learn because it seems that OctoberCMS could be used to build any kind of website once a non-developer can wrap their head around how it all works.

Any help to get me started would be great. I do already have OctoberCMS installed and running, just taking some time to read the documentation and watch some tutorial videos to see if I can get this figured out.

Try searching the plugins for a RESTful API, I'm not sure about importing but there are plenty that provide these features

@daftspunk, I did actually do that exact search. What I am looking for is a plugin that will work with the new Rakuten Marketing oAuth2 API to allow me to parse XML feeds. Do you know of any plugins for OctoberCMS that are geared towards working with eCommerce data feeds, oAuth2 API's? I am brand new to exploring OctoberCMS but have not yet built any websites with it. I am not a programmer so I'm not sure if I would be able to build the exact type of website I want without having coding/programming skills. Thanks for the suggestion.
