I noticed that you can't change your rating once you rated a plugin - also, you can give multiple(!) ratings, which really shouldn't be the case ;) Also, a lot of the ratings seem to be caused by problems with plugin setup. They probably would not be there if the "ratings"-section wasn't combined with the "details"-section, but in their own tab :)

Please post an issue about multiple ratings on the git repo and they should fix it up pretty quickly.

Agreed, a lot of ratings are made by idiots and rarely reflect the quality of plugins. I've never liked the rating system.
