New install of October CMS (BTW,, where is the build/version number displayed?) New project created on the web site. Added theme and then updated on my local instance. No theme was installed.

Then added two plugins and updated the project. Plugins installed fine

Then went back and choose a different theme and did the update again (I forced the update as well) Still no themes being installed
