I just update my CMS to the latest build but it broke the media Manager, everything was going well before doing so. Obviously I have the Drivers plugin installed but I did remove it and installed it again and the problem is not solved.

Error Message : Class 'League\Flysystem\AwsS3v3\AwsS3Adapter' not found

Problem fixed - Updating to October Divers v.1.1.1 did the job.

If you are having issues with S3 on localhost windows after the update read this SO accepted answer, it solved the SSL error for me.
