Hi fabioasilva!

This is a known issue with Windows where the PHP binary is located in a folder that has a space in it (eg: C:\Program Files...)

It should be fixed in the next release

Nice, it worked, thanks for the quick feedback, it was frustrating because I was a beginner and a silly mistake, but due to the extremely quick feedback I am very happy for the project
