After I updated to build 316, any Pages/Assets/Layouts/etc that I click to open inside CMS opens it twice. Is it just me?

I am experiencing this now for the first time, only after upgrading to stable build 346, and then, oddly, not for the first several days of programming in this build. I'm using Vivaldi as my browser on OSX El Capitan, so there may be some experimental issues there, but seeing that someone else had this happen a while ago as well, I figured I'd post also.

Opening Pages/Assets/Layouts/Partials in the CMS tab opens multiple copies of the same tab, usually 3 to 8 of them. Sometimes it doesn't seem to stop and the page just hangs while it loads apparently an infinite number of the same duplicated tab...?

This is also happening when I drag components from the side-menu into code, I get 3-8 copies of the component block appearing at the top of the page. Weird.
