I adapted the templates plugins for my site in the components folder , the file 'default.htm'

But during the update I lost my changes

What is the best way to proceed

What do you mean by the templates plugins?

If you mean that you have changed component partials (presumably for the latest RC upgrade) then I think you will have to reapply your changes.
