I'm having a really strange issue where links aren't working on mobile browsers. It's the exact same URL as my desktop, it's just pulling up a 404 page rather than the page. It's really strange. When I try it in the chrome web inspector's responsive mode - it works fine, but when I actually use my iPhone to pull it up - no bueno. OK. So, I have most of them fixed. (I changed everything over to static pages menus) but there is still one link that persists in not working on mobile browsers. Unfortunately, it's the most important page on the site. I'd really appreciate some help here.

Even changing the URL and redoing the menu isn't helping. What about a page could cause this problem?
