I came across a really annoying issue when I was creating a blog on the very latest version of OctoberCMS using this tutorial (https://octobercms.com/blog/post/building-a-blog-and-forum) that appears to be slightly outdated. This error came up on the blog post page (http://i.imgur.com/B7FxMnK.png), and I was wondering if anyone would be up for interpretation. I am totally new to OctoberCMS, so I have no clue what this error means or how to fix it. Thanks!

It may be helpful to know that I am attempting to create this blog on the Flat UI theme.

I have discovered that this issue actually occurs on all themes whenever I add the embed topic component of the forum onto the blog page. Any right way to add the embed topic component to not get issues?

All these views but no solutions is driving me insane. Anyone able to help AT ALL?

Sorry, I use problog so I've not messed w/ the regular blog module.

BUT looking at that screenshot, I see the line 156 and 157:

else 
   $channel = null

Its my guess that $channel is null, so running the next line of $channel->setUrl is going to error. there should probably be a check there if $channel is null.

I am basing this just off what I see in the screenshot.
