Hi,

I discover this nice CMS but I have not yet found plugins for Google AMP technology.

This plugin doesn't exist? Perhaps I could develop it, but I need some advice.

Thanks.

Amp plugin doesn't exists yet.

As october CMS is all about markup control, I suggest you to build your plugin as a middleware, a little like the responsive image plugin.

Because, in fact, it's already quite easy to create amp website using october as you have total control over markup.

That's why, if an amp plugin exists, it's role would probably be to convert regular html to their amp equivalent before rendering the page. Like that, site developper could continue to develop their HTML website as they already do, and the amp plugin would offer an amp version of that same pages automatically.

Alex

Thanks for your reply Alex.

You are right, I still discover the CMS but I will create a special layout AMP and a page "blog-post-amp" for example. Then you will have to format the HTML of my blog article with the syntax specified by Google AMP (< img > becomes < amp-img >).

I would like a plugin / middleware to do all this automatically but it's not so easy ^^
