After a "succesfull" install of Oktober (in a subdirectory on localhost) the /backend directory is not made..

I use http://www.uwamp.com/en/ (3.0.2) as local server package

php: 5.4.31 Appache: 2.4.10 MySQL: 5.6.20

I tried it with a different local server (Uniform server zero 11), but still same problem.

Then I tried with XAMPP, and everything works.. Still strange that so many local server packages give problems with October. The ui of XAMPP is autdated, that's why I used other software.

XAMPP, MAMP, ppft. Forget all of them and just use Valet
