Hi Guys,
I discovered October Cms just yesterday !
I would like to do an e-commerce with this cms what is the best Pugin to do that? I've seen the demo of Mall... and WOW!
Is it totally free and open source? So I could also edit that to add any function?
Becouse I saw other plugins but they are or expensive or abandoned... Or I should see for a cms born to be an e-commerce?

You could certainly try with OctoberCMS + Mall, they are both great and extensible.
