After installing october cms i only see this text on backend

Getting Ready Migrating Database...

I'm stuck on this step and no longer have an idea how to install it.

Hi,

This message tells you to migrate the database, you can do it on your server console with Composer by running the following command :

php artisan october:migrate

If you can't use composer on your server, you can install OctoberCMS v2.x locally and install also Rainlab.Deploy Plugin, then read the documentation on how to deploy your site on production server with Deploy Plugin. You can find Deploy plugin following this link : https://octobercms.com/plugin/rainlab-deploy
