Is there a way I can directly hyperlink to a folder in the media manager?

I have a plugin that uses the media manager to handle management of media related to items in it and would prefer to link directly out of my plugin to the folder relating to the item e.g. site.com/backend/cms/media/ParentFolder/ChildFolder/ or site.com/backend/cms/media?path=/ParentFolder/ChildFolder/

Is this possible?
