So I have an october site finished locally on MAMP. Whats the easiest way to transfer it to a host online? I'm using plugins like menu manager and would like the databases with info to carryover. I tried to do this with heroku but couldn't because composer.json was missing. How do you do it?

I'm interested to see if anyone has a solution to this, as I've been wondering this for a while. Apart from a fresh install online & migrating the DB manually, are there any other solutions?
