I'm designing a crone job with octobercms task scheduler.

This is my code in Plugin.php:

    public function registerSchedule($schedule)
    {
        $schedule->call(function () {
            Settings::onCreateCert(1); //this is what i want ... but its throwing error.
        })->daily();
    }
