In all the rest do not see problems. All other problems can be solved by creating the necessary plugins.

I have a plugin almost ready for this. Similar to functionality to menu lists to give you an idea of what it will look like.

There's already a couple of menu plugins, both mine and SimpleMenu. Along with using a partial to hold your menus, do they not already provide enough options for menus already?

I realise I need to add external link options to my plugin (along with a few other things), so mainly I'm just curious what other features other people need in a menu management plugin. I've never used modx so eager to know what is missing.
