I'm trying to write a plugin that organise the backend settings menu in a different way.

To be more concrete, I'm writing a plugin that have some dependencies on another plugins. Instead of having clustered settings added by the different dependencies, I would like to have all the settings under the same category.

I red the doc about extending plugins but didn't see any help about how to extend the settings sidebar menu.

If somebody can confirm me if it's possible or not, and if yes, how to accomplish this.
