I created a thing: https://github.com/ihilt/october-docker

It's mainly just an implementation of octobercms in docker with some scripts to help simplify dev and push workflow. I've tried to adhere to 12 factor as much as possible. Also, I'm currently using gitlab ci multi runner for CI and a mixture of that and docker hub/docker cloud for CD. Check it out and let me know what you think.
